On May 30, 2018, I flew out for a week trip to Cartagena, Colombia and it was nothing short of amazing. Aside from the long customs line when entering the country, the entire trip was truly smooth sailing even though we barely spoke any Spanish (they were super patient with us and the Google Translate app was a lifesaver.
